Literary Locations
Special places linked to books and authors I love!
There are so many places which have inspired authors, poets and artists and there is something very special about walking in their footsteps.

Thomas Hardy’s Birthplace
Where Hardy wrote 'Under the Greenwood Tree' and 'Far from the Madding Crowd'.
Quentin Blake: Illustrating Verse
A wonderful exhibition of Blake’s illustrations of verse.
Keats’ House, Teignmouth
The house Keats might- or might not- have stayed in in Teignmouth!
Chichester… and Keats.
Keats stayed in Chichester where he began to write ‘The Eve of St Agnes’, a poem which tells the story of young lovers driven apart by feuding families.
